Goat Cheese and Pesto Spread
Delicious appetizer to serve your guests! This is particularly good with ritz style crackers.
Ingredients
- 10.5 ounces Goat Cheese
- 12 pounces Cream Cheese
- 4 cloves Garlic minced or crushed
- Pesto
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Pine nuts
Instructions
- Blend goat cheese, cream cheese, and garlic with hand mixer.
- Line a mold or bowl with plastic wrap
- Layer the cheese mixture, pesto, cheese, tomatoes & pine nuts, cheese
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours
- Turn mold over on a plate or platter and remove plastic wrap. Serve with crackers
