Ritz Cracker Stuffed Mushrooms
Though they have been in the recipe book for a long while, I made these for the first time only recently. I was stunned by how amazingly good they are.
Ingredients
- 18 Ritz (or similar) Crackers, crumbled
- 6 tablespoon Melted Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon snipped Parsley
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
- dash Pepper
- 7 ½ ounce can minced Clams
- 24 Mushroom caps
- ⅓ cup Cooking Sherry optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 360°.
- Combine crackers and butter. Stir in parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and clams.
- Stuff into mushroom caps and place in casserole dish.
- Pour sherry over mushroom caps if desired.
- Bake 20 minutes.
