Crab Dip

A bit of work, but worth it.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2-3 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 8 oz can Crab Meat
  • 2 Tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp White Horseradish
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste
  • Paprika To taste
  • Round bread for serving optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Flake crab to remove all membranes.
  • Soften the cream cheese in the milk. Mash toether.
  • Add onion, horseradish, crab meat, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread evenly into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve in a hollowed out round bread, with the innards on the side for dipping.
