Crab Dip
A bit of work, but worth it.
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp Milk
- 1 8 oz can Crab Meat
- 2 Tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp White Horseradish
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- Paprika To taste
- Round bread for serving optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Flake crab to remove all membranes.
- Soften the cream cheese in the milk. Mash toether.
- Add onion, horseradish, crab meat, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread evenly into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake 20-25 minutes.
- Serve in a hollowed out round bread, with the innards on the side for dipping.
