Crab Dip
A bit of work, but worth it.

- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 2-3 Tbsp Milk
- 1 8 oz can Crab Meat
- 2 Tbsp Onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp White Horseradish
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste
- Paprika To taste
- Round bread for serving optional
Preheat oven to 350.
Flake crab to remove all membranes.
Soften the cream cheese in the milk. Mash toether.
Add onion, horseradish, crab meat, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread evenly into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Serve in a hollowed out round bread, with the innards on the side for dipping.
