Ritz Cracker Stuffed Mushrooms
Though they have been in the recipe book for a long while, I made these for the first time only recently. I was stunned by how amazingly good they are.

- 18 Ritz (or similar) Crackers, crumbled
- 6 tablespoon Melted Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon snipped Parsley
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
- dash Pepper
- 7 ½ ounce can minced Clams
- 24 Mushroom caps
- ⅓ cup Cooking Sherry optional
Preheat oven to 360°.
Combine crackers and butter. Stir in parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and clams.
Stuff into mushroom caps and place in casserole dish.
Pour sherry over mushroom caps if desired.
Bake 20 minutes.
