It should be about the consistency of cold play-doh directly out of the can.<\/em><\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-1143-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 6- 12 hours (or overnight) to rise.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\"><em>If you are in the middle of rising the bread and something comes up that prevents you from finishing right away, you can stick the dough in the fridge.
