Banana Bread/Muffins
My mom got this recipe from our neighbor Josie. I is still the best banana bread I've ever had.

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Banana Pulp approx. 2 overly ripe bananas
- 1 ½ cup Flour
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 4 tablespoons Sour Cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream Butter & Sugar
- Add Eggs and beat well
- Add Banana Pulp
- Add Flour & Salt
- Dissolve Baking Soda and Vanilla in Sour Cream
- Add to mixture and beat well
- Pour into greased loaf pan or muffin tin (if not using foils)
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Notes
Banana bread too sweet? Try using one banana that is over ripe and one that is still mostly yellow
