Slow Cooker Balsamic Pulled Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless roast beef chuck or round roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4-5 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ bottle Stubbs Hickory Bourbon BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Place beef in slow cooker
  • Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef
  • Cook 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low
  • Remove beef from slow cooker and place in a shallow baking dish. Shred with 2 forks.
  • Pour or ladle remaining sauce into a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Simmer until reduced by 1/2.
  • Spoon sauce over beef until moist or to taste. Do not pour all onto meat, or it may become too soupy.
  • Serve with rolls, over rice, or just in a bowl with a fork.
