Slow Cooker Balsamic Pulled Beef
Easy and tasty slow cooker recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless roast beef chuck or round roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 cloves garlic minced
- ½ bottle Stubbs Hickory Bourbon BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Place beef in slow cooker
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef
- Cook 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low
- Remove beef from slow cooker and place in a shallow baking dish. Shred with 2 forks.
- Pour or ladle remaining sauce into a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Simmer until reduced by 1/2.
- Spoon sauce over beef until moist or to taste. Do not pour all onto meat, or it may become too soupy.
- Serve with rolls, over rice, or just in a bowl with a fork.
