Slow Cooker Balsamic Pulled Beef

- 1 pound boneless roast beef chuck or round roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 4-5 cloves garlic minced
- ½ bottle Stubbs Hickory Bourbon BBQ sauce
Place beef in slow cooker
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over beef
Cook 4 hours on High or 6-8 hours on Low
Remove beef from slow cooker and place in a shallow baking dish. Shred with 2 forks.
Pour or ladle remaining sauce into a small saucepan and place over medium-high heat. Simmer until reduced by 1/2.
Spoon sauce over beef until moist or to taste. Do not pour all onto meat, or it may become too soupy.
Serve with rolls, over rice, or just in a bowl with a fork.
