Ingredients

cleaned, divided Shrimp

Egg

cup
Milk
¼
cup
Brown Sugar
1 ¼
cup
Flour
Shredded Coconut
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine egg, milk, and sugar. Beat until combined.
Add flour and beat until smooth.
Dip shrimp in flour mixture and then in coconut.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Notes
Delicious, but loaded with sugar. This is a nice treat or appetizer, but I wouldn't make it a weekly meal.
