Matzo Meal Pancakes
As a child, I loved when my mom made these for breakfast. I always like them with cinnamon-sugar, but they are also good with a Kosher-for-Passover maple syrup

- 1 cups Milk
- ¼ cups Water
- ¼ cups Manishewitz wine
- 1 cups Matzo Meal
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 Eggs
In a large bowl, beat Milk, Water, & Wine
In a small bowl, combine Matzo Meal, Sugar, & Salt
Combine mixtures
Add Eggs, one at a time, and mix well
Pour batter onto a greased, hot, griddle making 3-4 inch circles
Fry pancake on both sides until golden brown
Serve immediately. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated later.
