Berry Yogurt Smoothie
My daughter waits all winter for what we call "smoothie season," in the summer. This is our favorite recipe.
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 6-8 oz vanilla yogurt
- Frozen strawberries
- Frozen blueberries
- Frozen raspberries
- Frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
- Milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender, to taste. Blend until smoothie-like consistency. Add milk to thin as necessary.
Notes
We like to have more strawberry than other berries, so we usually make it about 1/3 strawberries and 2/3 generic frozen mixed berries. We sometimes add extra blueberries, too.
