Cheese Balls
An hors d'oeuvre straight out of a 1970s cocktail party, except it actually tastes good.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 8 ½-oz can Crushed Pineapple drained
- 2 cups Pecans chopped
- ¼ cups Green Peppers finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Onions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoons Seasoned Salt
Instructions
- Let cheese get soft
- Gradually stir in pineapple and 1 cup of the pecans
- Add peppers, onion, and salt and mix until evenly blended
- Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining pecans
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for up to 3 months
- Serve with crackers
