Cheese Balls

An hors d'oeuvre straight out of a 1970s cocktail party, except it actually tastes good.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 8 ½-oz can Crushed Pineapple drained
  • 2 cups Pecans chopped
  • ¼ cups Green Peppers finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoons Seasoned Salt

Instructions

  • Let cheese get soft
  • Gradually stir in pineapple and 1 cup of the pecans
  • Add peppers, onion, and salt and mix until evenly blended
  • Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining pecans
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for up to 3 months
  • Serve with crackers
