Garlicky Chicken Fingers
Easy recipe I made up on an evening when I had little time and fewer groceries.

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins

McCormick Grill Mates Garlic & Onion Medley

Premium Multigrain Saltine Crackers
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Line a baking sheet with Aluminum Foil & spray with a few spritzes of olive oil spray.
Crumble up the crackers into a shallow bowl (or deep plate). Add the seasoning & mix.
Cut each tenderloin in 1/2. Coat with Olive Oil Spray and then drag through the cracker mix to coat. Arrange on the baking sheet.
Bake for ~8 min each side.
