Garlicky Chicken Fingers

Easy recipe I made up on an evening when I had little time and fewer groceries.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 1-2 tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates Garlic & Onion Medley
  • 6 Premium Multigrain Saltine Crackers
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Line a baking sheet with Aluminum Foil & spray with a few spritzes of olive oil spray.
  • Crumble up the crackers into a shallow bowl (or deep plate). Add the seasoning & mix.
  • Cut each tenderloin in 1/2. Coat with Olive Oil Spray and then drag through the cracker mix to coat. Arrange on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for ~8 min each side.
